The Role
We are seeking a hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a motivated leader looking to grow within a respected hospitality group while developing strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
The AGM plays a critical role in team development, service execution, and maintaining MML's high standards of hospitality, acting as a hands-on leader on the floor and a trusted partner to both front- and back-of-house teams.
What You'll Do
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Act as a visible leader on the floor, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Help maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth FOH/BOH coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Step into leadership coverage when the General Manager is off property.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience; upscale or boutique dining preferred.
  • Language Skills: English fluency required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
