Job description

Quality Inspection Technician The Quality Inspection Technician role is a diverse and cross-functional role. They work on in-process and product release testing for both engineering and manufacturing product. They also will support IQC as needed to support inspection of incoming materials.

They are responsible for the following essential duties: In-Process and Product Release Testing Perform in-process testing and product release testing according to specifications and test methods Use inspection devices such as pin gauges, ring gauges, micrometers, calipers, rulers Use inspection equipment such as vision systems, balloon testers, tensile testers, pressure gauges, force gauges, laser micrometers Package integrity testing Prepare test samples to support testing requirements Document non-conforming events and quarantine impacted materials Quality support on production floor Ensure organization, traceability and quality during production builds Quality Inspection (IQC) Support Performs visual and dimensional inspections and evaluations of components and materials according to specifications. Use inspection devices such as pin gauges, ring gauges, micrometers, calipers, rulers, pressure gages, force gages, and vision systems. Preparation of test samples to support testing requirements.

Complete First Article Inspections. Document non-conforming events and quarantine impacted materials. .
