JOB TITLE: Systems Integration & Test Engineer
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $87.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Develop and execute system and subsystem integration and test plans, procedures, and schedules

  • Define functional and technical specifications; resolve hardware/software interface issues

  • Establish input/output parameters and ensure full system integration

  • Analyze test results and prepare detailed evaluation reports to validate system performance

  • Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to verify fixes

  • Coordinate testing activities across teams and programs

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance required to start.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

  • 4–6 years of experience in software development (C, C++, LabVIEW preferred)

  • 4–6 years of production experience

  • 6+ years of test equipment design experience

  • 6+ years of electronic testing experience

  • 6+ years of mechanical testing experience

  • Safety shoes required

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with LabVIEW/LabWindows CVI and NI tools (development and maintenance)

  • Strong C/C++ skills with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware integration (e.g., switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, automation)

  • Experience developing and maintaining automated test equipment in high-volume production environments

  • Experience supporting electro-optic sensor systems for military platforms
