Bi-weekly Hiring Open House every other Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm starting June 3, 2026.  No appointment is needed.  Come on down and get hired!

Beemac Trucking is a nationally recognized transportation and logistics company providing trucking, port operations, and warehousing services across North America. Headquartered in Ambridge, PA, we operate 400+ trucks and 40+ terminals throughout the United States.


Position Summary - General Labor

The Port of Beemac in Leetsdale Industrial Park operates 24/7. In this role, you will safely load and unload material from barges, trucks, and railcars in a heavy-industrial, outdoor environment. Forklift or crane experience is a plus - but not required - we will train the right people.


Shifts Available: 7AM or 7PM (10-12 hr. shifts)


Pay Information

  • $19-$22/hour to start
  • Up to $2.00/hour increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period


Hiring Incentives & Perks

  • $500 bonus at 90 days + $1,000 at 180 days, for qualifying employees
  • $100 monthly bonus after 180 days, for qualifying employees
  • Shift differential for nights/weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load/offload barges, railcars, and trucks
  • Follow safety rules, PPE standards, and work orders
  • Keep work areas clean and hazard-free
  • Follow written/verbal directions and work with a team

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass training and required testing.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends.
  • Must be willing to work shifts and/or overtime hours during the week/weekends as dictated by operations.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. frequently.
  • Willing to work in areas with full exposure to the elements year-round.
  • Must have recent work history and a proven track record working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of team members with different backgrounds and needs.
  • Must be able to work independently based on periodic guidance and direction.
  • Must be able to perform tasks in a timely and safe manner.
  • Must pass drug screen, including medical marijuana
