A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for a senior attorney looking for a collaborative platform with strong litigation support, high-quality work, and the resources to service complex matters effectively.
The Opportunity:
  • Handle complex Labor & Employment litigation in state and federal courts, including TROs, preliminary injunctions, dispositive motions, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Advise clients on a broad range of employment matters, including wage-and-hour class and collective actions, traditional labor issues, and ERISA disputes.
  • Manage commercial disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and contract-related matters.
  • Work alongside an established team in a supportive environment with strong administrative and litigation resources.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Requirements:
  • Significant Labor & Employment litigation experience.
  • Strong background handling complex employment disputes from inception through resolution.
  • Experience with wage and hour, traditional labor, ERISA, and related employment matters.
  • Portable business is welcomed but not required for the right candidate.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and lead sophisticated matters.
