Job description

Labcorp is hiring a remote based Administrative Specialist to support our sales team in the West Division.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team in relation to client needs
  • Support Internal and External Sales Teams
  • Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
  • Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
  • Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
  • Work closely with all sales partners
  • Continuously provide educational material to the client base
  • Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
  • Special projects/Initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to clients and team members
  • Acquisition/IPA/Contract execution and support

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2or more years of experience in the medical field - Lab, doctor's office, or hospital setting
  • Current or previous Labcorp experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Job Standards:

  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
  • CRM, and internal systems experience

Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Time required

Application Window: Open through 6/4/26

Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.00 hourly

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled toworka 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
