Labcorp is seeking a National Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Florida.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support national sales campaigns by connecting with prospective customers and generating interest in our solutions.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce our products and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and schedule next-step sales conversations.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales process.
  • Partner with field sales teams to transition qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed activity, lead generation, and opportunity creation goals.
  • Help grow the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing ideas and continuously improving outreach efforts.
  • Develop sales, communication, and business development skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience or account management is a plus; preferably 3 to 5 years
  • 1 or more years lead generation and cold calling experience
  • 1 or more years' experience closing sales and driving revenue growth

Additional Job Standards:
  • Experience with CRMs (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point & Excel, salesforce.com
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong technical competency and business acumen capabilities

As a National Inside Sales Executive (NISE), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building strong partnerships with field representatives to end outreach to healthcare providers and clients across the country. In this position, you will identify new competitive opportunities and promote Labcorp's comprehensive diagnostic testing portfolio, ultimately helping improve patient outcomes and supporting providers in delivering high-quality care.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to expand Labcorp's presence and generate meaningful business results.
The primary responsibility of a NISE is to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for Labcorp. Success in this role is driven by persistence, proactive outreach, and consistent engagement with prospects through high-volume outbound calling and strategic email communication. NISE team members are expected to generate leads, execute targeted outbound campaigns, and develop new customer relationships that contribute to business growth. This is a sales-focused business development role with monthly new business and sales performance objectives.
This position is hybrid (2 days remote (M/F)/3 days in-office (Tu/Wed/Th). Office location is Tampa, FL.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
