Job description

This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience in building and executing a standardised global onboarding curriculum via a Learning Management System (LMS) for our global commercial business.
Join our Medical Specialist & Knowledge Advancement team, working from our Global HQ.
You will be based in Humlebรฆk and become part of a dedicated team supporting global sales training initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Global Sales Training Manager, while your tasks will encompass global training operations and learning system support.
In this role, you will play an active part in supporting the development, structuring and rollout of global training content, while also contributing to continuous improvement and project support.
A varied role focused on global onboarding, LMS support and training content
You will support the team across key workstreams within Global Sales Training. The role offers broad exposure to onboarding curriculum deployment, Learning Management System (LMS) operations and training content development, while giving you the opportunity over time to support improvements in how training is delivered across our global markets in WTR.
  • Supporting the build and rollout of a standardised global onboarding curriculum via LMS, including uploading and structuring courses, modules and learning paths
  • Converting existing materials (PowerPoint, PDFs, SCORM) into structured e-learning formats and ensuring consistency in naming conventions and structure
  • Providing front-line LMS support to global markets, including user management, enrolment and troubleshooting access issues
  • Supporting course assignment, tracking and maintaining accurate data across users and training content
  • Supporting the refinement and formatting of sales training materials, including PowerPoint decks and global training assets
