What is an L3?

It often indicates an entry-level or early-career role, such as a software engineer who has some professional experience but is not yet at a senior or specialized level. The responsibilities usually include writing code, fixing bugs, and collaborating with other team members under guidance. Exact duties and requirements can vary by company, but L3 roles generally serve as a foundation for further professional growth.
