Note: Need min 9 years of experience with Bachelors degree.

Must have:

  • Proficient in Cisco CVP platform and Call Studio: Understanding the CVP architecture, features, and development tools
  • VXML scripting: Knowledge of VXML language to design call flow interactions
  • Java programming: Ability to develop custom Java components for CVP integration
  • Contact Center & Database Integration Knowledge
