EUC Deskside Support Engineer, Onsite
We have an immediate need for an experienced EUC (End User Compute) Deskside Support Engineer with strong expertise in desktop support, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and end-user troubleshooting to provide onsite technical support for enterprise users.
This is a onsite position with openings in Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; and Burlington, VT for a candidate with deep experience in EUC Support, Deskside Support, Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Desktop/Laptop Hardware Support, Software Installation & Troubleshooting, VIP/Concierge User Support, Conference Room Technology Support, Projector and Meeting Room Support, SCCM Client Installation & Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Basic Networking, IT Incident Management, ServiceNow (SNOW), Request Fulfillment, Asset Support, and End User Issue Resolution.
