Technical Support Engineer
Are you a curious problem-solver who enjoys understanding the โ€œwhyโ€ and working with Industrial sensors and explosion protection equipment? Weโ€™re looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Technical Support team, helping customers troubleshoot issues and find effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with outside sales to solve new sensor and systems applications
  • Help customers troubleshoot already installed industrial technologies
  • Learn new and innovative technologies to expand your knowledge base
  • Incorporate new technologies into industrial controls from Allen Bradley, Siemens and Beckoff as well as others
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Get the freedom to explore other programming languages and technologies to support our existing portfolio including, AI, Python and C++

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science.
  • 5 years of industrial sensor or explosion protection technical support also accepted.
