About the Role

Training & Enablement
Support SAP training and certification tracking, coordinate job aid availability, and schedule training sessions across workstreams.
Build user readiness reporting (dashboards/scorecards) to track certification completion and training effectiveness.

What You''''ll Need

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA) and 10+ years leading end-to-end IT project management—planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope.

Cloud Background: At least one full-lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Production Support Expertise: Demonstrated experience in L1/production support, incident management, and use of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), ServiceNow, and JIRA for ticketing, workflow, and issue tracking.
