SAP Project Manager (Kronos)
Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid. 4 Days Remote and 1 Day Onsite

Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Project Scope:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Management professional with strong Kronos Workforce Management expertise to lead system support, implementation, integrations, and enhancement initiatives within a public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP/Kronos project management and business process design initiatives
โ€ข Support and enhance Kronos Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler applications
โ€ข Handle system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, deployments, and upgrades
โ€ข Manage Kronos dashboards, reporting, HyperFind, and statistical charts
โ€ข Coordinate with executive leadership, HR teams, and technical teams
โ€ข Monitor integrations, time clock connectivity, and overall system performance
โ€ข Lead testing activities, defect triage meetings, and release management
โ€ข Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides
โ€ข Work directly with Kronos Global Support for issue resolution and enhancements
โ€ข Ensure successful SAP Public Sector implementation and project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
โ€ข 10+ Years of SAP Project Management experience in Public Sector
โ€ข 3+ Years of Full Cycle SAP Public Sector Implementations
โ€ข Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management systems
โ€ข Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Education & certification:PMP Certification
