Job Title : Kronos Consultant
Location : Fremont, CA (Local Onsite)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Kronos (UKG) Consultant to implement, configure, and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Accruals, system configuration, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
  • Implement and maintain Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Accrual modules.
  • Configure Pay Rules, Work Rules, Labor Levels, and Shifts.
  • Develop and support integrations using WIM, APIs, or middleware.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-user support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize workforce processes.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and documentation.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of Kronos/UKG experience.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
  • Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Accruals.
  • Experience with WIM, , APIs, or SQL.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HRIS/Payroll integrations.
  • UKG/Kronos certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise workforce management implementations.
