family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">A minimum of 10 years of hands on configuration/system administrator experience in Kronos 8.1 version or greater is required; handling all system configuration and support the application itself including WIM and with Kronos Cloud platform a product of UKG. The purpose of this job is to provide application support for Kronos Cloud platform. Activities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting user requests or issues, resolving system and data problems, performing routine system maintenance, maintaining error logs and resolving data and interface errors, testing of system changes, preparation of design specs and test scripts, loading of data, and reporting with special focus on system configuration within the Kronos cloud application.

- Configures all elements of the Kronos application to include: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, WIMs, Attendance, Access Profiles, etc.
- Accountable for gathering and analyzing business requirement specifications, measurements, data mappings, policies, business procedures, etc. as well as transforming them into creative solutions within the system.
- Liaises with the Labor Relations team to review Collective Bargaining Agreements and update Kronos configuration to accommodate new union rules and regulations.
- Generates reports and analytics of the Kronos data for internal and external customers using existing or developing new SQL queries or creating new standard Kronos reports using Visual Studio.
- Defines technical standards and standard operating procedures for application configuration to ensure clear communication of system setup needs to the Payroll and Time Evaluators.
- Conducts root cause analysis and develops resolutions for routine to highly complex technical issues; generates recommendations to avoid and/or minimize production problems and issues.
- Provides functional, technical and process expertise to the Human Resource and Financial Teams on the Kronos application. Countries in scope USA, Canada and International ( Ireland).
- Analyzes system capabilities, data integrity and business processes as part of daily activities and makes recommendations for improvements in order to support a highly functioning Workday HCM system.
- Liaises between internal HR customers and our IT partners (internal and vendor contacts).
- Responds to issues with appropriate sense of urgency; following up with customers with resolutions in a timely manner.
- Maintains and tracks all issues/work using standard Issue Tracking System.
- Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.
- Works on enhancements and special projects as needed.
- Works independently as well as in a team environment. Provides mentoring and coaching to other team members.
- Experience of working in Timecard Attestation
