Overview of the Role

  • The Account Manager, Kroger Omnichannel role will act as a 360 account manager for the C.A. Fortune client base across Kroger and Kroger's digital and marketing ecosystem, including Kroger.com and retailer media platforms.
  • Fully remote but if local to Chicago, IL will observe a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office)
    Salary: $75,000 - $85,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
  • Minimal overnight travel required - less than 10%

What You'll Do at C.A. Fortune

  • Partner with internal C.A. Fortune teams to develop organizational expertise for Kroger and Kroger's omnichannel ecosystem
  • Provide insights into key metrics and performance trends across Kroger's in-store and digital business
  • Support planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts across Kroger platforms
  • Create operating standards for managing client businesses both online and in-store within Kroger
  • Act as a 360 Account Manager for C.A. Fortune client base across Kroger and Kroger.com
  • Develop and execute plans to drive ROI through performance-based and brand-building strategies
  • Represent client interests to Kroger, 84.51°, and Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM)
  • Analyze and report on client business results tied to Kroger digital initiatives and retail media programs
  • Share overall understanding of Kroger's omnichannel ecosystem, including Pickup & Delivery, loyalty, and retail media
  • Support new item setup, pricing, digital shelf optimization, SEO, content syndication, and digital advertising initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, insights, and media teams to support joint business planning and retailer growth strategies

What You Should Bring to the Table

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • 4-year bachelor's degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Understanding of Kroger systems and platforms including Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), Kroger Ad Platform (KAP), Prism, Stratum, Market6, and Kroger's broader digital ecosystem
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies including Pickup & Delivery, loyalty marketing, and retail media

You Will Stand Out if You Have

  • Previous Kroger (in-store or digital) experience
  • Familiarity with Kroger systems including Prism, Stratum, KPM, KAP, or 84.51° tools
  • Account management experience directly supporting Kroger
  • Experience managing retailer media campaigns or omnichannel marketing initiatives within grocery retail
