KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP Source to Pay in Advisory for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
• Act as an SAP solution architect accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting the Source to Pay (STP) workstream, with a specific focus on Direct Procurement, Direct Material Sourcing, and Intercompany purchasing processes
• Accountable for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of the STP workstream, including managing KPMG and client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation
• Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge and proficiency for Source to Pay, Materials Management (MM), and Inventory Management (IM), and apply this expertise to solve complex client business requirements
• Support business development activities such as opportunity identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines, service networks, or industries
• Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our KPMG SAP implementation methodologies and intellectual capital by writing whitepapers or performing research in support of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba initiatives
• Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of seven years of SAP experience with at least three years focused on SAP S/4HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations specifically in the areas of Materials Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in Direct Procurement, Direct Material Sourcing, Intercompany transactions, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) integration
• Strong SAP configuration skills; demonstrated experience with the SAP Activate methodology and SAP Model Company / Best Practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships
• Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a quality level to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management team
• Travel as needed
