KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform BA functions such as: conduct business needs identification, business analysis planning, stakeholder analysis and change activities, and requirements analysis and design definition
  • Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
  • Maintain requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements are up to date
  • Lead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning, providing a controlled, joined-up overall view of the business and functional requirements at a detailed level
  • Serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners ensuring cohesive approach, comprehensive solutions, and excellence in delivery; Work with stakeholders, focus groups and end users to analyze, evaluate, and develop business use cases and business process models to aid translation of business requirements into functional/technical requirements
  • Create Wireframes / Mockups for the user stories, develop and maintain user stories leveraging ServiceNow and communicate requirements so that development teams can work effectively, and ensure areas of complexity are understood and investigated appropriately to review opportunities, blockers, problems, and issues that arise; Analyze and verify requirements against existing and planned product capabilities

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of ITSM or ServiceNow project management experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
  • Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including the ability to properly write users stories and breaking down large stories into component parts
  • Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
  • Experience with requirements elicitation or the configuration of the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
