Pediatric Urologist
Erlanger Children's Hospital | University of Tennessee Health Science Center

Korn Ferry has partnered with Erlanger Children's Hospital, a nationally recognized, university-affiliated children's hospital, to recruit a Pediatric Urologist to join and help shape a growing program in the Southeast.

This is an opportunity to step into immediate clinical volume with the ability to help grow and shape the future of pediatric urology services within a collaborative, academic environment.

Position Highlights
Immediate volume: ~2,000 clinic visits and 400-500 surgical cases annually
Full-spectrum pediatric urology practice, including:
  • Congenital anomalies
  • Hypospadias and reconstructive surgery
  • Vesicoureteral reflux
  • Undescended testes
  • Kidney and bladder disorders
Protected OR block time
Access to robotics (11 systems on-site)
Dedicated support: 2 Advanced Practice Providers + established clinic infrastructure
Opportunity to build and shape the program with strong institutional backing
No call required initially; call structure to evolve as the program grows
