As our General Manager - Service & Solutions, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and colleagues. You will bring progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union-represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $167,400 - $219,765. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
