Location: Chattanooga, TN, 37402

Position Overview

The Holiday Inn Downtown Chattanooga is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full-service hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient hotel functioning while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the full-service hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor daily financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a full-service hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food amp; beverage.

  • Ability to work weekends and the shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
