Job description

Position Summary

Join our team as an assembler, where you'll play a key role in building high-quality cabinetry. No prior experience? No problem - we provide hands-on training and will teach you everything you need to succeed. Perform all tasks involved in creating quality products. Follow demonstrated instructions and inspect each product carefully and critically. Assist co-workers as needed and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Employees will rotate between functions to decrease repetitive motion and increase task variation.

Essential Functions / Percentages Spent on Each

(Percentages may change from day to day. Other duties may be assigned, requested, or directed.)

  • 25% - Hinging: Install hinges on doors
  • 25% - Trim: Measure components, correspond order form with product, install shelves, roll tray tracks, and inner components
  • 25% - Door Hanger: Screw in drawer and roll tray tracks, hang doors, install drawers
  • 25% - Boxing Cabinets: Fold cardboard and place the finished cabinet into the box

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms, instructions, or measurements for each product
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors and co-workers regarding work-related questions or concerns

  • Commitment to safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Working Hours
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)
  • Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed
  • Part-Time Option: Flexible scheduling within the hours above
