Job description

Who is Seegrid?

At Seegrid, we're redefining how the world moves material.

As a leader in autonomous mobile robots and self-driving industrial vehicles, we deliver vision-guided vehicles, enterprise software, and proven autonomous solutions to global leaders in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.  Our technology has safely driven millions of autonomous miles in real production environments - without a single personnel safety incident.

But what truly powers our innovation is our people.

Based in Pittsburgh since 2003, we're a team of bold thinkers and builders driven to strengthen global supply chains with safe, smart, and scalable robotics.  If you're ready to solve meaningful challenges and make real-world impact, join us.

Culture: Empowered & Balanced

We believe that the best work happens when you're empowered.  At Seegrid, your ideas aren't just "noted" - they're fueled.

  • Bring Your Ideas to Life:  This isn't a "stay in your lane" kind of career.  If you see a way to improve a funnel, a fresher design for a campaign, or a more efficient SEO tactic, you have the green light to build it.  We provide the tools; you provide the vision.
  • True Work-Life Harmony:  Primarily remote model designed to give you back your time.  We work hard, but we also expect you to unplug, recharge, and enjoy life out of Slack.
  • The Wednesday Ritual:  We gather in-office every Wednesday at our Pittsburgh HQ.  It's our day to sync up, collaborate face-to-face, and keep the team bonds strong.
  • Industry Travel:  Roughly 2-3 times per year, you'll swap the home office for the excitement of major industry trade shows and conferences within the US.  You'll help represent Seegrid, see our robots (and many others) in action on the floor, and stay ahead of marketing trends.

Your Mission, A Collaborative Execution

In this role, you are the technical architect of our marketing engine.  You will work in direct, close collaboration with the Director of Marketing to translate high-level strategy into functional, high performing reality.

  • Design and Motion:  Partner with the Director to lead visual storytelling, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma to create assets that define the Seegrid brand.
  • Digital Architecture:  Build and maintain our marketing funnels - collaborating on the logic behind landing pages, email triggers, and lead captures utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Growth Mechanics: Execute and continue to build our SEO, gen-AI, and Google Ads strategies.  You'll be "under the hood" optimizing for peak performance based on market credibility, corporate goals, and product roadmap initiatives.
  • Data Translation:  Use Google Analytics and campaign analyses to turn user behavior into actionable insights.
  • Ecosystem Maintenance: Manage website updates, collateral refinements, presentation decks, and Seegrid's social media to ensure our marketing is always present and brand-consistent.

What you bring to the Team

  • 3+ Years of Hands-On Marketing Experience:  A "Swiss Army Knife" profile, you take pride in being a marketing generalist who can jump into any project.  You are hands-on, multi-faceted, and genuinely eager to continue building your skill set across the entire marketing stack.
  • The Tech Stack:  You are highly familiar with Google Analytics, SEO, and AdWords, and have an understanding of gen-AI discoverability.  Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is encouraged.
  • Collaborative Spirit:  You enjoy working cross-departmentally to turn visions into market-ready assets.

The Perks

  • Salary + annual bonus potential
  • Full Benefits
  • Competitive 401k
  • Empowering Culture

Seegrid has been recognized nationally as a Best-Place-to-Work.  Ready to join the best team in Pittsburgh?  Skip the commute, own our projects and make a real impact at Seegrid.  Apply today!
