Overview

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our culinary team at Courtyard Coconut Grove. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Whether supporting breakfast service, evening dining, room service, or special events, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for travelers, cruise guests, and visitors alike.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain assigned workstations for efficient service.
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and consistency throughout each shift.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Properly receive, store, label, and rotate food products to maintain quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area.
  • Assist with banquet, catering, and special event food preparation as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Cook in a hotel, restaurant preferred.
