We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, develop our team, and drive profitability while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, food quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands high-volume food service, and leads with accountability and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members
  • Create a positive, motivating, and accountable culture
  • Develop shift leaders and assistant managers
  • Lead by example during peak service hours
  • Operations Management
  • Ensure consistent food quality and service standards
  • Oversee scheduling, labor management, and productivity
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health compliance standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Financial Performance

Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen (P&L management required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
