Your Impact

Serving as a Kitchen Manager your core responsibility is to oversee the kitchen staff and food quality and consistency. You will work collaboratively with our executive team to ensure proper back of the house operations and to enhance the customer experience. You will also be charged with upholding company-wide standards as well as safety and sanitation standards. As Kitchen Manager you will work to maintain a positive work culture; and actively develop kitchen staff.


Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

Food Consistency & Control: uphold food quality standards through...

  • Regularly testing for food consistency and quality
  • Implementing best practices to minimize food waste
  • Problem-solving food inconsistencies in the moment and educating staff on common fixes
  • Conducting regular inventory
  • Assisting with prep list adjustments and edits
  • Overseeing kitchen ordering and submitting food and kitchen supply orders in a timely manner
  • Assisting with new menu item roll-out
  • Developing and translating recipe builds in conjunction with the executive team
  • Acquiring a deep knowledge of menus; including but not limited to ingredients, plating, and allergens


Daily Operations: streamline back of the house operations through..

  • Implementing company-wide policies, procedures and standards of operation
  • Overseeing and maintaining safety and sanitation standards
  • Proactively and aggressively monitoring labor costs with the assistance of the executive team
