About the Role:
Join Home Central as a Kitchen Design / Inside Sales Support specialist, where creativity meets customer service! Depending on the customer, you may work on a remodeling project to update an existing home or start scratch to create a custom interior design for a residential or commercial space. Our ideal candidate knows the intricacies of bath and kitchen design projects. Having previous design experience, experience in sales, and working in a showroom is preferable.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Assist in creating detailed kitchen designs using design software.
  • Provide inside sales support by answering customer inquiries and processing orders, both in person and over the phone.
  • Arrange and help coordinate a timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and activities.
  • Work with contractors to build out the design.
  • Keep customers and contractors up to date and informed regarding any plan changes or delays in progress.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in kitchen design or a related field preferred.
