Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an Account Manager. This valued team member handles communication, design, and sales support duties for our busy team of kitchen remodelers. Design experience is preferred but not required. Ideal candidate needs to have strong customer service skills, work independently, be well organized and able to follow instructions. Position will be based in Grand Rapids design showroom.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages customer experience through the Kitchen and Bathroom sale and installation
  • Meets with customers in show room to finalize design selections
  • Manages incoming sales leads to engage and create excitement for Kitchen Tune-Up
  • Assist customers in the showroom and sells as needed
  • Helps to generate marketing and social media content
  • Works effectively with cross functional team of marketing, sales, and operations
  • Updating and tracking sales pipeline
  • Supports Sales Representative throughout Kitchen or Bath sale
  • Gathers before and after pictures and submits to customer file
  • Maintains central job filing system.
  • Performs job invoicing and statement mailings on a computer system.
  • Maintains all leads in the computer mailing list program.
  • Maintains adequate levels of literature inventory and keeps literature holders stocked
  • Prepares monthly sales performance report.
  • Helps host seminars, show room events, sales events or training programs as needed
  • Product and Sample Ordering
  • Manage production and installation schedule with customers
  • Performs any other duties as required.
