Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: 

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, portion sizes, and standards
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards during service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist with inventory management, including rotation and storage of food products
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Support the kitchen team by assisting in prep, plating, or other duties as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations
