As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Design Sales Advisor to join our showroom team in Aventura. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about kitchen sales, design advisory, remodeling solutions, and customer service within a showroom environment.

Location: Aventura, Florida

Position Overview

As a Kitchen Design Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the development of kitchen projects, combining sales expertise, design criteria, and technical advisory to help customers create functional, elegant, and customized kitchen solutions.

This position requires the ability to understand customer needs, space dimensions, kitchen layouts, cabinetry solutions, finishes, and project requirements, while supporting the sales process from concept to final closing.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on kitchen cabinetry solutions, layouts, finishes, accessories, and remodeling possibilities according to project requirements.
  • Assist customers in selecting kitchen products based on style, functionality, dimensions, and space optimization.
  • Interpret measurements, floor plans, and kitchen space requirements to support product recommendations and project development.
  • Prepare estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals aligned with design and technical specifications.
  • Support kitchen project follow-up from initial consultation through final sales closing.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of kitchen trends, cabinetry systems, materials, and design innovations.
  • Use design-oriented criteria and, when applicable, kitchen design software to support customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in kitchen sales, cabinetry, remodeling, interior design, or showroom sales.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, cabinetry systems, finishes, and space planning.
