We are seeking Bay County, FL residents to join our team, selling and overseeing extraordinary cabinet remodeling projects. This position offers flexible hours, with onsite visits to residences in the Bay County, FL area for client appointments and checking progress of sold projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales prospects, appointments, proposals and client projects from beginning to end.
  • Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process as demonstrated by the franchise owners.
  • Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
  • Track and maintain notes in the Kitchen Tune-Up CRM software.
  • Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
  • Communicate regularly with the franchise owners and follow instructions for the sales process.
  • Generate self-managed leads at home shows, local networking event, and even neighbor canvasing or door hangers.
  • Measure job site for all project requirements: doors, drawers, openings, countertops, floor plan, etc.
  • Document all measurements and job specifications for ordering.
  • Receive and inspect all project materials upon delivery; document and report any damages, incorrect or missing products to franchise owners immediately.
  • Coordinate project timeline with the installers and manage scheduling.
  • Arrange for delivery of materials to the jobsite and communicate timelines with clients.
  • Inspect daily progress through project completion with final walk-through, and send feedback to the franchise owners regularly.
