Job description

Salary: $32-$38 hourly

The facility is committed to helping our patients to overcome their underlying traumas, overcome their addictions, and lead sober, happy lives. We provide residential treatment to folks who struggle with substance abuse.

The facility is a Residential treatment program for drug and alcohol treatment. We are currently hiring LVN for a full time position.

Must have 1 year experience in addiction treatment.

Experience with KIPU is a plus.

Responsibilities for the qualifying employee include:

Receiving and transcribing orders from physicians

Constant communication with interdisciplinary team regarding client needs and/or significant changes

Documentation using electronic medical records system - KIPU

Continuous monitoring/assessment of clients' vital signs, mental status, reaction to medications, etc.

Perform BAC and urine drug screenings

Attend in-service training and required staff meetings

Ability to maintain professional boundaries with all clients and staff

Competent in maintaining client confidentiality at all times
