• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to comprehensively evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health, utilizing standardized tools and structured interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also any underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions by employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate with other treatment team members, including medical professionals and support staff, to ensure an integrated, cohesive treatment approach that aligns with best practices.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process by organizing family therapy sessions and providing resources that enhance their understanding and support of the client's journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in addiction treatment, integrating new approaches as appropriate into practice.

Our practice primarily serves individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health disorders. Clients range from young adults to seniors, each with unique challenges and backgrounds. By providing compassionate and targeted therapy, we aim to empower our clients to rebuild their lives, manage their recovery, and develop the skills necessary to cope with life's challenges without resorting to substance use.

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent doctoral-level credentialing (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong foundational training or documented experience in addiction counseling and mental health treatment.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire clients towards positive change.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities, essential for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working in a remote therapeutic setting, utilizing technology for effective client engagement.
• Diversified experience in managing complex cases with varying levels of addiction severity and mental health needs.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services and addictions treatment.
