What You’ll Do:

 

As a Title Clerk you will be responsible for tracking and sending bank contracts to lenders, processing trade payoffs, recording accounting transactions, completing and transmitting DMV paperwork and other functions related to the accounting office such as

  • Review, confirm, prepare and sign all necessary motor vehicle registration paperwork.
  • Process lien payoffs, track, and obtain all dealer titles.
  • Electronically and physically transmit all required DMV paperwork to the state of CT.
  • Process lost title applications and manual DMV transactions, daily.  Coordinate DMV appointments and drivers.
  • Maintain titles and MSO’s for inventory.  Use the latest technology to help communicate up to date information and track the process of pending transactions.
  • Audit DMV schedules, review for accuracy and for incomplete registrations, issue refund checks.
  • Enter new and used vehicle purchases into inventory
  • Collaborate and cross train with Inventory and Deal specialists.
