Job Title: Performance Test Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Test Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our software applications. The Performance Test Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance requirements, create test plans, and execute performance tests. This role requires a deep understanding of performance testing tools, methodologies, and a proven ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Test Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive performance test strategies aligned with project requirements and objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance testing goals, metrics, and success criteria.
  2. Performance Test Design:

    • Design and document performance test scenarios and scripts based on system requirements and user stories.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for performance testing.
  3. Tool Expertise:

    • Utilize industry-standard performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling) to simulate real-world scenarios and measure system performance.
