Description
The CSR will be an essential team member focused on customer service through inputting orders, client communication, work order releases, due date management, and organization. This key associate will be responsible to ensure that orders are input accurately and timely, client communication is clear and concise, and keep their work organized and detail oriented. They will be in frequent communication with multiple functional groups within Operations, Purchasing, and Sales, as well as outside clients. The successful candidate will be team oriented, an excellent communicator, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment, while managing their time effectively.
• Manage customer orders within an ERP (NetSuite), including inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, and work order.
• Requires detail orientation, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure their needs are meant in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to keep electronic filing system current and organized.
• Utilize the WMS and ERP systems to serve Vista customers.
