Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking driven sales professional to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of business customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will design tailored telecommunications solutions that align with customer needs, including all our product & service portfolios while helping to achieve revenue targets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Meet and exceed annual sales quota requirements that include new business acquisition and base revenue retention.
  • Responsible for growing and managing the business within a defined base of existing accounts.
  • Responsible for sourcing and seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Act as the single point of contact selling & servicing wireless business opportunities
  • Responsible for creating and generating customer pricing quotes, and quarterback internal business case reviews.
  • Responsible for pro-actively maintaining accurate sales status in Saleforce, forecasting, account planning, and various administrative responsibilities.

What you bring:

  • A disciplined approach to sales and account management to ensure all key performance indicators are met.
  • 3+ years of business sales experience, preferably in a telecommunication setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and tracking applications.
  • Must have strong communication skills with business acumen to ensure business development conversations about client strategy, challenges, and strategic imperatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern selling techniques and virtual account management skills and acumen.
  • Passion to constantly learn and improve.
