Are you a "make-it-happen" person? We are a high-growth, all-hands-on-deck team in Bend, and we’re looking for an Account Manager who doesn’t just wait for instructions—they ask the right questions and find the solution.
Our Bend location has been open for 24 months and is growing fast. We are a tight-knit, 4-person crew. If you’re looking to hide in a cubicle, this isn’t the place. But if you want to work directly with a highly experienced Branch Manager, see your impact daily, and help build a business in the heart of Central Oregon, we want to meet you.
The Role: Problem Solver & Project Driver

This is a hybrid role that blends customer service, B2B sales, and project coordination. You’ll be the bridge between a client’s vision and the final product seen all over town.
  • Own the Interaction: Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and text.
  • Consult & Quote: Don’t just take orders—ask questions, solve the client’s problem, and provide accurate quotes using Corebridge.
  • Drive the Process: Coordinate timelines with our design and production teams to ensure we "Get it Right" and "Get it Done."
  • Quality Control: Manage the "built room" queue and ensure every sign that leaves our shop meets our standards.
  • Stay Organized: Use HubSpot and G-Suite to keep our rapid growth on track.
What You Bring to the Team

  • The "Can-Do" Spirit: You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous office experience, account management or B2B sales/service is a huge plus. You know how to communicate professionally and stay organized under pressure.
  • Curiosity: You aren’t afraid to ask "Why?" or "How can we do this better?"
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable learning new software (we’ll train you on our specific tools).
Why You’ll Love the Bend Shop

  • Direct Mentorship: Work closely with a veteran Branch Manager who knows the industry inside and out.
  • Small Team, Big Impact: On a 4-person team, your work is visible and your voice is heard.  Our owner also owns the FASTSIGNS in Eugene, which is one of the top 20 in the country. We have access to incredible technology and capabilities.
  • Rapid Growth: We are 24 months in and hitting our stride—come be a part of the momentum.
  • Solid Benefits: We pay 50% of your health AND dental insurance, plus PTO, paid holidays, and a profit-sharing 401K.

  • We go Above and Beyond

  • We Get it Done

  • We Get it Right

  • We Do it Bigger, Faster, Stronger, Smarter
