Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. This role is responsible for building long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will develop strategic account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to identify opportunities that drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.


Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Management
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and account management.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Lead regular business review meetings to discuss performance, opportunities, and future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product and service utilization within existing accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management to deliver effective customer solutions.
  • Coordinate resources to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by communicating feedback and business needs internally.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer developments.
