We are in search of an enthusiastic Key Account Manager to spearhead business development efforts, fostering partnerships with physicians and healthcare facilities. This role involves promoting a revolutionary urine-based liquid biopsy that enhances patient care by potentially reducing unnecessary prostate biopsies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales operations within a designated territory.
  • Apply scientific knowledge effectively throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate consistently with national sales teams.
  • Generate accurate territory forecasts as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CLIA lab scientists, and executive teams.
  • Respond promptly to customer and partner inquiries with effective solutions.
  • Focus on process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with lab operations for successful event launches and process improvements.
  • Manage patient health information (PHI) responsibly, with required HIPAA/PHI training upon hire.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of diagnostics services and offerings.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, as necessary.
