We are seeking a Federal Strategic Channel & Integration Manager
to drive growth, engagement, and execution across our most critical Federal channel partners. This hybrid role combines Key Account Management, process integration, and partner enablement, serving as both the strategic leader for select key accounts and the architect of partner engagement, communications, and enablement.

You will act as the primary interface between Schneider Electric and strategic Federal partners, while also designing and executing initiatives that enhance channel performance, partner experience, and revenue growth.


What will you do in this position?

  • Strategic Account Management & Growth
    • Own and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan for key Federal channel partners
    • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and pipeline development within the Federal sector
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to partner executives, influencing at the C-suite level
    • Identify and capture new business opportunities, including large Federal contracts and initiatives
    • Track and report performance metrics, including pipeline, bookings, and revenue attainment
    • Align internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure execution excellence across the value chain
  • Channel Integration & Partner Experience
    • Develop and lead a comprehensive channel integration strategy, including collaboration marketing, communications, training, and events internally and externally
    • Manage and optimize partner engagement processes and communication cadence across internal and external stakeholders
    • Design and deploy enablement tools, digital platforms, and training programs to drive partner productivity and adoption

  • Required
    • 5+ years of experience in Federal sales, channel management, marketing, or sales operations
    • Proven success in account management, business development, and strategic planning
    • Strong ability to operate in matrixed organizations and drive cross-functional alignment
    • Excellent executive communication and relationship management skills
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and performance tracking
    • Highly results-driven, organized, and self-motivated
  • Preferred
    • Knowledge of Federal procurement processes and contracting
    • Experience with channel marketing, enablement programs, or transformation initiatives
    • Background in energy, power distribution, IT infrastructure, or building systems
    • Experience managing partner ecosystems (distributors, resellers, small business partners, etc.)
