Key Account Manager (Foodservice)
Bishop & Company is seeking a Key Account Manager – Foodservice for an excellent client on Oahu, Hawaii.

Our Client’s growth and long-term success depends on the Key Account Manager who plays a critical role in strengthening their customer relationships, driving profitable sales, and protecting margin across Hawaii’s competitive foodservice market.
Position Summary
The Key Account Manager supports major hotel accounts and small restaurant customers, ensuring exceptional service and strong execution in every location. This role is responsible for growing sales, improving product mix, optimizing in-store performance, and ensuring the company remains a preferred vendor throughout Hawaii’s foodservice industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, retain, and grow assigned foodservice accounts
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure service excellence
  • Identify sales opportunities and introduce new products
  • Execute sales initiatives and promotional programs
  • Monitor out-of-stocks, credits, and quality issues; coordinate internal resolution
  • Track sales performance, competitive activity, and market trends
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates to Sales & Marketing leadership

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, retail, or food/beverage roles
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
