Job description

The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is accepting applications from board eligible or board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologists looking to be part of an extraordinary clinical team. The selected physician will be providing general gynecology and obstetrical care to patients across Philadelphia. In September 2025, Temple opened the Women's & Families Campus, a brand-new facility just three miles from our main hospital, featuring 24/7 in-house coverage and a fully integrated team of OB/GYN, Neonatology, Anesthesiology, and Hospital Medicine physicians.

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD, DO or Foreign Equivalent

  • Board certified or active candidate in OB/Gyn required

  • Academic credentials for a faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or above

  • Eligibility to receive an unrestricted medical license and DEA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to employment

  • Must possess outstanding clinical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other health care providers and support staff
