As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Pizza Cook to assist in the daily operations of our restaurant.

Job Summary:

The Pizza Cook is responsible for making pizzas, salads and starters. This role requires experience with duties such as inventory rotation, food preparation, cleanliness, customer service and teamwork. This position works closely with the front-of-house team to ensure all orders are consistently correct and that we are always exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Rotation
    • Ensure proper rotation of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
    • Ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked and waste is minimized
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and present dishes following all recipes and presentation standards
    • Ensure all prep lists are completed in a timely manner
  • Cleanliness
    • Maintain an organized and clean environment
    • Follow all cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists
    • Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and report any deficiencies promptly
    • Follow appropriate food handling procedures and standards
  • Customer Service
    • Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional hospitality
    • Go above and beyond to resolve guest issues
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with coworkers to provide a best-in-class experience for our guests
