Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a Recruiter to join our team and support our continued growth.
This role will be involved in will source, recruit, and hire highly qualified talent to fill Igloo's employment needs.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • High-Volume Manufacturing Recruitment: Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, assembly, warehouse, and operational roles to ensure manufacturing staffing needs are met.
  • Logistics & Candidate Scheduling: Coordinate and manage interview schedules, site visits, and candidate communications for both plant and entry-level professional positions.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the full interview process, including coordinating schedules, arranging travel/lodging for out-of-state candidates, and escorting applicants through their on-site experience.
  • Offer Management: Evaluate applicants with hiring managers and create comprehensive offer letters including pay, relocation assistance, and benefit information.
  • Sourcing & Community Outreach: Build candidate pipelines for hourly and entry-level positions through local job boards, community organizations, job fairs, and high-volume applicant screening.
  • Applicant Screening & Processing: Review incoming applications against core job requirements, conduct phone screens, and route qualified candidates efficiently to plant hiring managers.
  • Compliance & Recordkeeping: Maintain adherence to EEO/AAP guidelines, company hiring practices, and federal/state employment regulations.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience.
  • Read and speak proficient English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Full-Cycle Professional Recruiting: Extensive experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • High-Volume Manufacturing Recruitment: Proven track record of managing production-level hiring, including coordinating with outside staffing agencies for temporary labor needs.
  • Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and community outreach to attract diverse talent.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of EEO, AAP, and federal/state labor laws to ensure all hiring practices remain compliant.
