Job description

Acquerello, a contemporary fine dining Italian restaurant with two Michelin stars, is seeking a gracious and professional part-time host. Our service style requires that all our employees concern themselves, first and foremost, with the needs of our guests on every level. No detail is too small. From the moment you answer the phone or greet a guest, you represent us in your voice, attentiveness and actions. Providing a warm greeting, escorting guests to the table, and anticipating guest’s needs at any point during their experience with us is imperative.

Effective communication skills with guests and fellow workers is a must. A professional appearance, attitude, and calm demeanor are expected. Previous exposure to OpenTable is ideal, but can easily be taught. We would prefer someone with previous fine dining experience, but we are also aware that finding the right person is more important than just the skills that they already possess.
