Outside Sales Representative – Business DevelopmentWausau / Rhinelander / North Central Wisconsin

$100,000+ Earning Potential

Company Vehicle + Health Insurance + 401(k) + PTO

Your Market. Your Relationships. Your Results.

K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems is looking for an experienced outside salesperson to take ownership of business development throughout North Central Wisconsin.

This is a role for someone who likes having room to operate.

You'll be out in the market opening doors, meeting decision-makers, developing referral partnerships, and building a professional network that can produce business for years.

You'll have an established company behind you.

You'll have training, coaching, systems, and operational support.

But the relationships you build?

Those are yours to develop.

You're Not Starting With an Unknown Company

There's a big difference between building a territory for a company nobody has heard of and representing a business that's been serving Wisconsin for more than 50 years.

K-Tech has been helping homeowners and businesses recover from property damage since 1975.

That gives you something valuable when you walk through a prospect's door:

Credibility.

Your job is to turn that credibility into relationships—and those relationships into opportunities.

Who You'll Build Relationships With

Your territory includes Wausau, Rhinelander, Door County, and surrounding North Central Wisconsin markets.

You'll develop relationships with professionals such as:

  • Property Managers
  • Facility Managers
  • Insurance Agents & Adjusters
  • Plumbers
  • HVAC Contractors
  • General Contractors
  • Commercial Property Owners
  • Local Business Leaders
  • Other Professional Referral Partners

These aren't relationships you're trying to monetize once.

The goal is to become a trusted business resource they continue calling and referring.

What You'll Actually Do

Most of your week will be spent in the field.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying high-value prospects and referral partners
  • Prospecting new accounts
  • Opening doors and securing face-to-face meetings
  • Developing new professional relationships
  • Strengthening existing referral relationships
  • Conducting educational and business development meetings
  • Attending networking and industry events
  • Following up consistently
  • Managing your activity and opportunities through CRM
  • Coordinating with operations when opportunities become active projects
  • Building a growing and measurable pipeline

This is outside sales.

You won't be successful by waiting for the phone to ring.

You'll be successful by becoming known throughout your market.

What Success Looks Like

The objective isn't simply activity.

It's to build a valuable territory.

That means developing:

  • A strong network of professional referral partners
  • Consistent meetings with decision-makers
  • Relationships across your major target markets
  • A growing pipeline of opportunities
  • Referral partners who repeatedly think of K-Tech
  • Predictable business generated from your network
  • Increasing income as your territory matures

You're building something that should become more productive every year you own it.

Why K-Tech?

K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems has served Central and Northern Wisconsin for more than 50 years.

We've built our reputation by helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, storm, and environmental damage—and by treating relationships like they matter.

We're now investing in the next stage of growth.

That means giving the right salesperson the tools to succeed:

An established name.

A real territory.

Professional training and coaching.

Operational support.

And uncapped earning potential.

What you do with that opportunity is up to you.

Ready to Own Your Market?

If you're an experienced outside salesperson who wants autonomy, earning potential, and the opportunity to build a professional network you can grow for years, we'd like to meet you.

Candidates interested in relocating to North Central Wisconsin are also encouraged to apply.

Apply today to learn more about joining K-Tech's business development team.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already understands what it takes to develop business in the field.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Are comfortable prospecting for new business
  • Can walk into a business and confidently start a conversation
  • Enjoy face-to-face selling and networking
  • Build trust naturally
  • Are disciplined about follow-up
  • Can manage a regional territory independently
  • Are organized and comfortable working within CRM
  • Appreciate coaching but don't need someone managing every hour of your day
  • Want your income to grow with the business you create

Restoration experience is helpful, but not required.

We can teach you restoration.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to develop relationships and earn trust.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 Base Salary
  • Uncapped Commission
  • $100,000+ Earning Potential
  • Company Vehicle During Work Hours
  • Health Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off
  • Holiday Pay
  • Company Laptop
  • Company Phone
  • Company Credit Card
  • Professional Sales Training
  • Ongoing Coaching & Development

Your upside grows as the territory you've built begins generating consistent business.
