A Junior Windows Administrator is responsible for assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows-based servers and workstations. They help monitor system performance, apply updates and patches, manage user accounts, and provide basic technical support to end-users. Junior administrators often work under the guidance of senior IT staff, gaining experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring system reliability.
