About the Role
 
WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Interactive Design team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a background in and eye for design, and is excited about building a career in digital design. Basic design skills and background are expected, but no years of professional experience are required - we'll train you on what you need to know. 
 
The Qualifications: Who You Are
 
Education:
  • A Bachelor's Degree: All majors welcome!
  • GPA: 3.4 or above
(Upcoming grads are encouraged to apply - we interview and hire up to a year in advance!)
 
Design Portfolio:
  • A design portfolio submission is required to be considered - there are no set requirements for how many design samples must be included, but we want to get a sense of your design style and skills!
 
Suggested Experience and Skills:
  • Prior experience working, in any field (for example: a part-time job, summer job, internship, etc)
  • A strong design eye, and an understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, hierarchy, typography, etc
  • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
  • Familiarity with web design/UX best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
 
Tools/Technical Skills:
(Not required, but awesome to have!)
  • Excel/Google Suite
  • Basic HTML/CSS
  • Wordpress, or a similar content management system
