Celestar Corporation is seeking a Junior Technical Editor (OBI) to support The Defense Intelligence Agency ( DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities: This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI). โ€ข The Junior Technical Editor, Object Based Intelligence (OBI), Reviews intelligence products for proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax, as well as for logic, clarity, and consistency. โ€ข Ensures that style and format conform to agency publication standards and that language presentation is consistent with prescribed style guides and specialized vocabulary of subject matter fields.

โ€ข Amends draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure the content supports and is consistent with the accompanying text. โ€ข Ensure proper classification markings in accordance with IC guidance. โ€ข Works with authors to revise products for narrative organization, and negotiates further revisions as needed.

Required qualifications/skills: โ€ข Minimum 3 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years with a bachelor's degree. -OR- โ€ข A minimum of 7 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
